The Pace foundation's core values

 We expand opportunities and provide resources for motivated youths who are attempting to find or build on their purpose. In this way, one individual is impacted so they can go out and positively impact others. 

 We are honest, accountable, and ethical in all our work in order to earn and maintain trust in the communities we serve and with the donors that support us. 

We acknowledge not everyone has the same opportunities; we work to ensure that determined and ambitious individuals have the chance to flourish.
